The C++ Redistributable was all 2005; I uninstalled them, then installed the 2010 packages (x86 and x64) which according to Microsoft was the correct upgrade for Server 2008 SP2 (see link below). But that didn't help.

I dunno... maybe go back and reinstall 2005 ? I'll work on it today some more; Jordoman is out of town till Sun nite. I know he installed BC2 correctly b/c it works on the black server. But we'd rather run it on that Silver server b/c it's much faster. I posted on Evil Source to see what they thought; maybe an answer will arise from their thoughts.
We'll figure it out. If all fails, then we'll purchase the R2 version. Least we're moving in the right direction
